Dental Implants are made with a biocompatible titanium post which are fixed (permanently) to the jawbone to create a secure base. The patient’s bone and gum tissues then heals around the implant. Dental Implants are sometimes performed in combination with other dental restoration procedures such as crowns, dentures or a bridge.

While Dr. Stahle doesn’t place the implants, she provides comprehensive pre- and post-operative care for dental implants. The recovery process can vary from patient to patient, but typically takes approximately 3 months, after which time, the implant will function as a natural tooth.
